Biografi lionel messi

Lionel Andres Messi atau yang sering dikenal sebagai Lionel Messi merupakan pemain sepak bola dari Barcelona yang berasal dari Argentina. Ia mendapatkan julukan "si kutu atau la Pulga", El Messiah (Penyelamat) atau King Leo. Julukan si kutu diberikan oleh kakaknya, Rodrigo. Hal ini dilakukan postur tubuh Messi yang lebih kecil dari teman-temannya. Meski begitu kepiawaiannya bermain sepak bola menghantarkan Barcelona sebagai tim terkuat di dunia.

Lionel Messi kecil hidup bersama kedua kakak laki-lakinya, Rodrigo dan Matias serta seorang adik perempuan bernama Maria Sol. Ayahnya Jorge Horacio Messi adalah pekerja pabrik baja dan pembantu rumah tangga. Sedangkan Ibunya Celia Maria adalah seorang Ibu rumah tangga. Messi dilahirkan di Rosario, Santa Fe Provice, Argentina pada 24 Juni 1987.

Pengalaman sepak bolanya didapatkan Messi kecil sejak berusia 5 tahun. Pada usia yang sangat muda tersebut Messi kecil telah bermain sepak bola dengan klub bola asuhan ayahnya, Grandiola. Selama 3 tahun Messi bermain di klub Grandioa sebelum memutuskan pindah ke klub Newell Old Boys di usianya yang ke 8 tahun.  

Sebagai anak kecil yang lincah dan gemar bermain sepak bola, pemain terbaik dunia ini  didiagnosa mengalami kekurangan hormon pertumbuhan di usianya yang ke 11. Keuangan keluarga yang serba pas-pasan membuat orang tua Messi tidak bisa biaya keperluan terapi hormon sebesar 500 ribu poundsterling (9 milliar) setiap bulannya. Untuk itu sang ayah mencari klub sepak bola untuk membiayai  pengobatan putranya hingga bertemu dengan Carles Rexach, Direktur klub sepak bola Barcelona (1996)

Bergabung bersama klub ternama di la liga, Messi kecil menunjukkan talenta yang gemilang, Kemampuannya yang mumpuni membuat Messi kecil tidak membutuhkan waktu lama untuk masuk ke dalam tim senior FC. Barcelona. Pada usia 17 tahun dan di musim pertamanya Messi mencetak Gol perdanaya pada 1 Mei 2005, Sekaligus mencatatkan dirinya sebagai Pemain Barcelona Termuda yang dapat mencetak Gol.

Ayah dari Thiago Messi  buah perkawinannya dengan Antonella Roccuzzo Musim 2011/2012 adalah masa keemasan Lionel Messi bersama Club FC Barcelona.  Ia telah mencetak Gol sebanyak 232 sepanjang kariernya mengalahkan pemegang rekor sebelumnya Cesar Rodriguez. Ia juga tercatat sejarah sebagai pemain pertama yang menerima 4 kali gelar pemain terbaik dunia FIFA Ballon d'Or (2009-2012). Ia juga mencatatkan dirinya selama 3 kali secara berturut-turut mendapatkan penghargaan sepatu emas yang biasa diberikan bagi pemain terbaik di Eropa.

Bersama FC Barcelona Lionel Messi mendapatkan Penghargaan dari UEFA sebagai Top Score di Liga Champions (2009-2012), Pemain terbaik Eropa 2011 (Best Player Of Europe Award) dan Man Of The Match di Final liga Champions 2011. Sedangkan kontribusinya untuk klubnya yaitu FC Barcelona adalah membawa FC Barcelona menjuarai 6 trophy di la liga, 2 Copa de Rey, 5 gelar juara super Eropa, serta 4 kali juara liga Champions serta 2 kali juara piala dunia antarklub.

Selain bersama FC. Barcelona, Lionel Messi juga membawa Argentina Juara Dunia U-20 pada tahun 2005 dan Juara Olimpiade Beijing 2008. Runner up Copa America 2007. Tempat ketiga kejuaraan Amerika Selatan U-20 (2005). Pada usia 18 tahun 357 hari (17 Agustus 2005) Lionel Messi menjadi Pemain Argentina termuda yang berlaga pada Piala Dunia 1996.
